  2. Lead a team of retention marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, product development, and customer service, to achieve retention goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer retention metrics, such as churn rate and customer lifetime value, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  5. Create and manage targeted email campaigns and other retention initiatives to engage and retain customers.
  6. Utilize customer insights and market research to identify opportunities for retention and customer satisfaction enhancement.
  7. Develop and manage a budget for retention marketing initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retention marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and continuous learning.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to support retention marketing efforts.
  12. Represent Columbia Sportswear at industry events and conferences to stay connected with industry professionals and gather insights and ideas.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all retention marketing activities.
  14. Continuously monitor and track the success of retention marketing efforts and provide regular reports to senior management.
  15. Uphold the company's brand and values in all retention marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Retention Marketing: A Senior Manager - Retention Marketing At Columbia Sportswear Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Developing And Executing Retention Marketing Strategies For A Consumer Goods Company, Preferably In The Retail Or Outdoor Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Behavior And Data Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Customer Segmentation, Lifetime Value, And Other Key Metrics To Inform Retention Marketing Strategies. Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Google Analytics Or Adobe Analytics Is Also Essential.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Customer Retention And Loyalty: The Senior Manager Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Retention Marketing Campaigns That Have Led To Increased Customer Retention, Loyalty, And Repeat Purchases.
