- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and quality standards.

- Analyze sales reports and other data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to senior leadership.
- Continuously review and adjust merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and best practices, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
- Represent the brand and company values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Extensive Experience In Footwear Merchandising: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Footwear Merchandising, Preferably In A Senior Role. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Product Development, Pricing Strategies, And Inventory Management.
