  1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding the best outdoor gear and apparel for their needs.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by Columbia Sportswear.
  4. Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  8. Continuously learn and stay updated on new products and promotions.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
  10. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and replenishing merchandise.
  11. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
  13. Comply with all cash handling and credit card procedures.
  14. Proactively assist with store merchandising and visual displays.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Customer Service And Sales Techniques.
