Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our team at Columbia Sportswear. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading organization and to contribute to our mission of providing outdoor apparel and gear that is designed to protect and inspire people to be active outdoors.The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in business or product management, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in product management or a related field. They will have a passion for outdoor activities and an excellent understanding of the product development process, from concept to launch. Furthermore, they will have experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.We are looking for a driven individual who is committed to delivering outstanding results and creating innovative products that will excite and delight our customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of innovative new products and ensure their successful launch.
  2. Manage the product development process from concept to launch.
  3. Create product strategy and roadmap in line with business goals.
  4. Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  6. Manage a portfolio of products and ensure that all product requirements are met.
  7. Monitor product performance and make necessary improvements.
  8. Keep up to date with industry trends and stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Monitor competitor products and analyze their performance.
  10. Develop pricing strategies for existing and new products.
