- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency on a global scale.
- Analyze complex data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and identify potential roadblocks.
- Lead and manage projects to implement process improvements and drive business growth.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain goals are met.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure efficient and effective execution of supply chain processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain process.
- Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Train and onboard new team members on supply chain processes and systems.
- Utilize analytical tools and methods to identify areas for cost savings and process improvement.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.
- Communicate and present findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management.
- Stay updated on DTC business operations and implement best practices to optimize supply chain processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Supply Chain Or Business Process Analyst Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Apparel Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Dtc (Direct-To-Consumer) Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Experience Working With Erp Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Process Improvements.
