Inventory Analyst

Columbia Sportswear is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Utilize inventory management software to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient inventory control processes.
2. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
3. Develop and deliver accurate inventory forecasting models and reports.
4. Provide regular updates on inventory levels, stock movements, and trends to senior management.
5. Monitor inventory levels to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Develop and implement inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory is managed and tracked accurately.
8. Analyze and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventory levels.
9. Monitor and investigate slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
10. Provide support to the accounting team in regards to inventory accounting.
