- Providing excellent customer service to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicating with customers in one or more European languages to assist with their inquiries and concerns.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email or other communication channels.
- Resolving customer complaints and escalations in a calm and efficient manner.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Identifying and escalating any recurring issues to the appropriate department.
- Adhering to company guidelines and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

Fluency In At Least Two European Languages: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Fluent In Multiple European Languages, Such As French, German, Spanish, Or Italian, In Order To Effectively Communicate With Customers From Different Countries.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Service Representative Must Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Assist Customers And Address Their Concerns.
Previous Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry, Is Highly Desirable For This Position.
Knowledge Of Columbia Sportswear Products: Familiarity With Columbia Sportswear Products And The Outdoor Industry Is A Plus, As It Will Help The Representative Provide Accurate And Helpful Information To Customers.
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ability To Think On Your Feet And Find Solutions To Customer Issues Is Crucial For A Customer Service Representative. Candidates Should Be Able To Multitask And Handle Difficult Situations With Ease.
