Brand Ambassador

At Columbia Sportswear, we are looking for a Brand Ambassador with a passion for inspiring others to explore the outdoors. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with customers and representing the Columbia brand in a positive and engaging way.To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers. You should also be comfortable in an outdoor environment, possess a positive attitude, and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage loyalty to the Columbia brand.
2. Represent the Columbia brand in a positive and engaging manner.
3. Encourage customers to explore the outdoors.
4. Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
5. Provide excellent customer service and support.
6. Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers.
7. Be comfortable in outdoor settings and be able to speak knowledgeably about the brand and products.
8. Participate in events, promotions, and other initiatives to promote the Columbia brand.
9. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and promotions.
10. Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the company regarding customer preferences and needs.
