- Work closely with the buying team to assist in sourcing and procuring the best products for our customers.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer demands.
- Help to develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with vendors to ensure competitive and profitable deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, marketing, and sales to ensure product selection aligns with company goals and initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting and planning for future product needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of product information, pricing, and delivery dates.
- Keep track of product performance and sales data to assist in making informed buying decisions.
- Assist in managing the product development process, from concept to final delivery.
- Support the buying team in creating and managing budgets and ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with all relevant stakeholders, including vendors, team members, and management.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to stay informed on new products and market trends.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

- Demonstrate a strong passion for the outdoors and a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Or Related Field Preferred
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Buying Or Merchandising, Preferably In The Outdoor Or Sports Industry
Strong Analytical And Negotiation Skills With The Ability To Forecast Market Trends And Make Data-Driven Decisions
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors, Colleagues, And Cross-Functional Teams
