  1. Oversee the retail operations of designated stores within a specific region.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue and meet sales goals.
  3. Ensure that stores are maintaining the company's high standards of customer service and product quality.
  4. Develop and implement training programs for store employees to improve customer service and product knowledge.
  5. Collaborate with the corporate office to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
  6. Conduct regular store visits to assess store performance and provide feedback and support to store managers.
  7. Manage and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
  8. Hire, train, and develop store managers and other retail staff.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with distribution centers to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other business partners.
  14. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  15. Collaborate with other department heads to drive overall company growth and success.
