The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in the real estate industry and an understanding of the requirements associated with land acquisition. They will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential sites, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all legal documentation is completed in a timely manner.The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as real estate, and a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. They should be well-versed in legal aspects of land acquisition and be able to identify potential risks and liabilities.
