Real Estate Valuation Analyst

This position requires a combination of valuation, financial analysis and research skills. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day activities of the real estate valuation department, from preparing appraisal reports and appraisals to performing market research. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of real estate valuation principles and concepts, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in a real estate valuation role. Additionally, candidates should have strong analytical and research skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and other real estate industry software.
