The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about the real estate industry and is able to proactively identify opportunities for our clients. To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in real estate, finance or accounting, plus at least two years of experience in real estate valuation. You must possess strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of the real estate market. You must also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
