This position requires a self-motivated individual who has a passion for the real estate industry and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating real estate properties and utilizing various valuation techniques to determine the market value of a property. They will also need to generate detailed reports and presentations outlining their findings.The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in a real estate valuation or appraisal role. They should have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and the ability to use various industry tools and techniques.
