Job Description

At Colliers International, we look for exceptional people to join our team of Real Estate Valuation Analysts. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate and a strong financial acumen. The ideal candidate should be motivated to provide quality valuation services, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently.In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and valuing real estate assets in order to provide clients with comprehensive financial analysis. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field and have a minimum of two years of experience providing real estate valuation services. Additionally, experience with Argus, MS Excel, and MS Word is preferred.If you have the required qualifications and a strong desire to make an impact with a leading global commercial real estate services firm, we invite you to apply to join our team at Colliers International.
