Colliers International is looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Real Estate Research Analyst. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate industry, an aptitude for performing complex market research and analysis, and the ability to communicate findings in a succinct, organized manner.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a field such as Real Estate, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree or professional designation is preferred. The ideal candidate must have experience in the commercial real estate industry and possess a strong knowledge of relevant real estate market trends and analysis techniques. The candidate must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, advanced knowledge of MS Office, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
