Real Estate Financial Analyst

Colliers International is looking for an experienced Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support for the real estate services division of the company. To succeed in this position, you must possess a deep knowledge of financial analysis and financial modeling, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. If you are an analytical and results-driven individual who enjoys working with financial data and collaborating with others, we want to hear from you!The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. In addition, at least two years of experience in a similar role, as well as knowledge of the real estate industry, are required. A CPA or MBA is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for this position, as is the ability to work independently.
