Real Estate Appraiser

Colliers International is looking for an experienced Real Estate Appraiser to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating high-quality, accurate appraisal reports for our clients. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of appraisal techniques, market data, and appraisal principles. They should also be able to think analytically and pay close attention to details. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.The successful candidate will be committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients and have a passion for the real estate industry. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, or related field• Certified General Appraiser license• At least 5 years of experience in real estate appraisal• Knowledge of appraisal standards and USPAP guidelines• Strong computer skills and proficiency with appraisal software• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
