Real Estate Appraiser

Colliers International is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent judgment and problem-solving skills and be able to evaluate and interpret real estate data accurately and efficiently. We require a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in real estate appraisal and a valid appraiser's license from the applicable state.In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and appraising a variety of commercial and residential real estate assets. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports for clients, conducting research and site inspections, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
