Property Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as Property Manager at Colliers International. This individual must be an experienced Property Manager with a passion for the industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is results-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service.The successful Property Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of commercial and residential property portfolios, as well as developing and implementing strategies to maximize property value. This individual must have an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, as well as the ability to think creatively and anticipate potential issues.The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in property management or a related field• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office, property management software, and other relevant software• Strong customer service focus• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you have the qualifications and experience we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
