Property Manager

Colliers International is looking for a talented, motivated Property Manager to join our team and help manage our wide portfolio of commercial real estate assets. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of property management and have a strong ability to manage a variety of properties. We are looking for someone who is organized, has excellent communication skills, and is able to problem-solve and think creatively.The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring that all tenants, vendors and clients receive the highest level of service and that all properties are managed in accordance to all applicable laws and regulations. This individual should also have the ability to identify risks and problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate property management, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will also have experience in leasing, budgeting and financial analysis, and have a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
