Colliers International is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Portfolio Analyst with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to maximize the value of our clients’ real estate portfolios by analyzing and optimizing their investments. To excel in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of financial analysis and investment principles, as well as a strong understanding of the real estate market. The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
