Portfolio Analyst

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, a talent for problem-solving, and a passion for the commercial real estate industry. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and an advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field. They should have a thorough understanding of financial analysis, portfolio management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with various software programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools is preferred.
