Portfolio Analyst

Colliers International is looking for an experienced and passionate Portfolio Analyst to join our team. This person will be responsible for leading portfolio growth and improving our clients’ portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in portfolio analysis and a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically. The Portfolio Analyst will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop relationships quickly with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or a related field.• Minimum 5 years of experience in portfolio analysis and management.• Proven track record in developing relationships with clients and stakeholders.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to think strategically and analyze data.• Experience in developing and implementing portfolio strategies.• Possess strong problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we want to hear from you!
