Portfolio Analyst

As a Portfolio Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing and reporting on portfolios of real estate assets. You will be responsible for generating and maintaining accurate portfolio reporting and analysis for our clients.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable with financial analysis and reporting. You should have a good understanding of the real estate market and the ability to understand the portfolio dynamics of real estate investments. You should also be highly organized and be able to juggle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a passion for problem-solving and the ability to work independently and think creatively.
