Mortgage Loan Originator

Colliers International is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for originating mortgage loans while providing excellent customer service and offering sound advice and financial solutions to our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong command of the mortgage lending industry and an ability to build trust and rapport with clients. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the financial services industry. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, and a broad understanding of loan products and guidelines. Additionally, you should have a track record of successful loan originations and be detail-oriented with the ability to remain organized and meet deadlines.
