Mortgage Loan Originator

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality customer service and who is committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and professional team player with strong communication and organizational skills. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for originating and processing residential mortgage loans for clients. The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze financial and credit data, offer sound loan advice, and create and maintain positive relationships with clients.Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid state license, and 3+ years of experience in the mortgage loan origination industry. Preference will be given to those with a college degree and/or experience in a high-volume loan origination environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Knowledge of all applicable government and agency lending guidelines and regulations, as well as knowledge of computer applications, is also essential.
