Job Description

Colliers International is seeking an experienced and motivated Lease Administrator to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the leasing process, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with both external and internal customers. We are looking for a professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work autonomously.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a lease administration role, with a strong knowledge of commercial leases. The candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written forms. Additionally, the candidate must be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
