Land Acquisition Specialist

At Colliers International, we are looking for a motivated, creative and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us continue to grow our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, experienced in land acquisition and knowledgeable of the real estate market.The successful candidate will be an organized and reliable professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will have a deep understanding of the local market and a proven record of success in property acquisitions. The Land Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and acquiring properties based on client needs and market conditions.We are looking for a candidate who has a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in land acquisition and/or real estate development. A valid real estate license is preferred but not required. The successful candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to multitask and work well under pressure is also essential for this role.
