Colliers International is looking for an experienced and motivated Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This position requires a great deal of organization and communication skills, as well as an understanding of the land acquisition process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three to five years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in the real estate industry. They should also be able to work independently and have a proven track record of successfully closing complex deals.We are looking for a candidate who has excellent interpersonal skills, can think strategically and collaboratively, and has a strong attention to detail.
