
Facilities Manager
Colliers International is looking for an experienced and organized Facilities Manager to join our team and help ensure our offices and properties are kept in top condition. As a Facilities Manager, you will be in charge of the day-to-day maintenance of our properties, as well as the organization and execution of office operations. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills. If you are a motivated and reliable individual, we would love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction management, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines• Valid driver’s license
