
Facilities Manager
At Colliers International, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Facilities Manager who can collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and provide a pleasant working environment for our staff. The successful candidate will be self-driven, organized and passionate about delivering excellence in facilities management. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, and have detailed knowledge of facilities management best practices, safety regulations and building codes. A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as engineering, architecture or facilities management, is preferred. It is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of the financial and budgeting aspects of facilities management, and be able to analyze data to identify and implement cost-saving strategies. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. We are looking for a Facilities Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional facilities management services, and is able to think outside the box to create innovative solutions.
