Job Description

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team and help ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our company's facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and a keen eye for detail. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are managed in a cost-effective manner and that they meet all safety and regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an organized and results-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a facilities management role is required. In addition, a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, though not essential.
