
Construction Project Manager
Colliers International is looking for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our team and take on a critical role in the success of our real estate projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of our construction projects from initial conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical and managerial skills, a can-do attitude and an eye for detail.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years' experience in the construction industry, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. You must be organized and able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and in line with budget. The ability to think strategically and to maintain a big-picture perspective is essential.
