Capital Markets Analyst

Colliers International is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst to join our innovative and dynamic Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will be a driven, results-oriented individual with an eye for detail and excellent analytical skills. This role requires a strong understanding of the investment sales market, as well as an ability to think strategically and to develop creative solutions for complex problems.To be successful in this role, the Capital Markets Analyst must have a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. In addition, they should have a minimum of four years of experience in the real estate or capital markets industry, as well as a solid understanding of financial modeling, market analysis, and capital markets trends. The ability to work independently and within a team, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills, are essential. The successful candidate will also be highly motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
