Job Description

Colliers International is seeking an experienced and talented Capital Markets Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an individual who can think strategically and analytically to support our capital markets activities and provide financial analysis to our clients. With a passion for the real estate industry, the successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the financial markets and be driven to provide impeccable service to our clients.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of capital markets experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships. They will be comfortable working with clients on complex financial matters and be able to provide creative and comprehensive solutions. A university degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field with a focus in capital markets is required.
