Capital Markets Analyst

Colliers International is looking for a driven and experienced Capital Markets Analyst to join our team in helping clients with their real estate investments. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible financial and investment advice, and the ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in analyzing investment opportunities and providing sound decision-making advice.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in capital markets and/or underwriting. They should also have strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and be a self-starter with a proven track record of taking initiative. Additionally, the ability to think strategically and to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment is essential.
