Capital Markets Analyst

Colliers International is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Capital Markets Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the capital markets, excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail. He/she should be an outstanding communicator who is comfortable with interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in the capital markets. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial modeling, research, and analysis. He/she should have the ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines and have a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. Lastly, the ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
