Assistant Planner - Women's Footwear

The Assistant Planner is an integral member of our Omni Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team, assisting with day-to-day Merchandise Planning functions that drive sales and profitability across all Cole Haan Stores and Digital Commerce channels. Run and distribute DTC selling reports (weekly, monthly, seasonal, etc.) that speak to performance vs. Plan and LY at all levels of the product hierarchy. Analyze business results to assist all Planners in developing financial recommendations to DTC leadership. Create ad-hoc reporting to aid in-season/pre-season product and location analysis, as assigned by manager. Coordinate, execute, and track Purchase Order entry across multiple systems & departments. Manage critical Style Attribute uploads and ensure accuracy as these output to many key systems and cross-functional teams.
