Senior Payroll Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst at Coinbase to join our rapidly growing team. As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will manage and ensure the accuracy of payroll-related information, ensuring compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, and company policies. You will also be responsible for providing support to internal and external stakeholders by responding to requests, researching inquiries, and resolving discrepancies.As a successful candidate, you will have strong knowledge of payroll processes and related laws, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. You will also have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required for this role. Prior experience in payroll and benefits administration is a bonus.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and is a great collaborator.
