Senior Payroll Analyst

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Payroll Analyst to join the Coinbase team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our payroll processes are accurate and timely, while also identifying areas of improvement and implementing new processes. You’ll need to have exceptional organizational and analytical skills, as well as a solid understanding of payroll procedures and regulations. A commitment to delivering high-quality results and a passion for problem-solving will help set you up for success in this role.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in payroll, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, and a working understanding of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, and payroll systems (e.g. Gusto, ADP, Ceridian).
