Unified Communications Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Unified Communications Engineer to join CNN's team. The Unified Communications Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for all aspects of the organization's unified communications network and infrastructure. This position requires an individual who is a self-starter, highly organized, and passionate about their work. The ideal candidate must have experience in implementing, managing, and troubleshooting unified communications systems. They should also have a strong understanding of Voice over IP (VoIP) systems, cloud-based Unified Communications deployments, and an understanding of how these technologies can be utilized to improve the organization's overall communication and collaboration capabilities. The qualifications for this role include:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Unified Communications- Extensive experience with VoIP, SIP, and other voice protocols- Experience with cloud-based Unified Communications systems- Proven track record of successful deployments and implementations- Professional certification in Unified Communications is preferredThe successful candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
