Job Description

At CNN, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement to join our team and lead us in driving organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process optimization and a track record of successfully collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.We are looking for a Sr. Manager with the capability to assess, measure, and improve the performance of our organizational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and be able to leverage data to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement process changes, and create standardized workflows.To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in driving process improvement initiatives, a strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodology, and experience leading process improvement teams. A successful Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement at CNN will be highly organized, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead without authority.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or related field• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or related field• Proven track record in driving process improvement initiatives• Knowledge of process improvement methodology and tools• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to lead without authority• Strong familiarity with data analysis tools
