Product Manager, Messaging

Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing to develop a product vision for messaging across channels. Partner with key stakeholders (especially engineering, design, marketing and data) to identify opportunities, develop a roadmap for our messaging capabilities (including identifying and testing new messaging placements across platforms) and launch new messaging features. Coordinate prioritization of messaging work across the product and engineering teams. Develop a strategy for generalized messaging principles for when and how we should use messaging across our different channels, and be an evangelist for messaging best practices across the organization. Develop an intimate understanding of our customers and their needs and make recommendations to improve how we can use our messaging capabilities to drive engagement throughout the customer journey.
