
Director, Talent Recruitment & Development
Coordinate development and training programs as external recruiting tools and internal development for talent identification and growth with a constant emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Work with SVP & team to develop innovative recruiting initiative including workshops, external programs, social media outreach and messaging. Help conceive, design & execute training workshops & programs working with internal stakeholders as tool to identify external as well as internal talent. Develop effective scouting strategies for finding off-air talent across all editorial areas. Develop key relationships with hiring managers across all CNN. Maintain a strong relationship with DI&E WarnerMedia Team. Key liaison with the WarnerMedia Talent Acquisition team.
