- Provide technical expertise and support to customers and partners in the New York region.
- Educate clients and partners on Cloudflare's products and services, and how they can benefit their business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure their satisfaction with Cloudflare's solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues in the New York territory.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify and address customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings to showcase the capabilities of Cloudflare's solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in internet performance and security.
- Analyze customer environments and provide recommendations for optimizing their use of Cloudflare's products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Solutions Engineering Or Technical Sales Role
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Web Security Principles
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences
Experience Working With Large Enterprise Customers And Managing Complex Technical Projects.
