
Technical Support Engineer, PAYGO Team

- Provide technical support to customers using Cloudflare’s web performance and security solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Cloudflare’s products and services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proactively monitor and analyze customer accounts to identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay updated on Cloudflare’s products and industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical solutions in a CRM system.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 technical support to customers.
- Communicate technical information and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to product and engineering teams based on customer interactions and feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest customer support best practices and implement them in daily work.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cloudflare and promote a positive image of the company to customers.
Strong Technical Knowledge: A Technical Support Engineer On The Paygo Team At Cloudflare Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services, As Well As A Strong Foundation In Networking And Web Technologies. This Includes Knowledge Of Dns, Cdn, Security Protocols, And Troubleshooting Tools.
Customer Service Skills: As A Key Point Of Contact For Customers, A Technical Support Engineer Must Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Communicate Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner. This Includes Active Listening, Empathy, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Experience In A Similar Role: Cloudflare Seeks Candidates With Previous Experience In Technical Support Or A Related Role, Preferably In A Saas Or Cloud-Based Environment. This Experience Should Demonstrate The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues And Provide Effective Solutions To Customers.
Team Player: The Paygo Team At Cloudflare Works Closely Together To Ensure The Best Possible Support For Customers. Therefore, A Technical Support Engineer Must Be A Team Player, Able To Collaborate Effectively With Team Members And Other Departments To Resolve Issues And Improve Processes.
Adaptability And Flexibility: The Role Of A Technical Support Engineer Can Be Fast-Paced And Unpredictable, So It Is Important To Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations And Priorities. This Includes Being Able To Work In A 24/7 Environment And Being Available For On-Call Support When Needed.
