Technical Accountant

Cloudflare is seeking an Equity and Technical Accountant to join our Accounting team. Our team consists of experienced, motivated, and self-sufficient high performers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Responsible for month-end financial reporting and accounting tasks related to equity, stock-based compensation, and capitalized software. Work cross functionally with the stock plan administrator to reconcile the stock admin platform to the general ledger. Prepare all footnotes as well as work papers, tie out and analysis supporting the financial statements, including the Statement of Stockholders’ Equity (SoSE), equity roll-forward and stockholder's equity (deficit) footnote. Providing detail support to the outside auditors and other consultants. Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
