Job Description

Cloudflare is looking for an energetic and highly motivated Support Software Engineer - Intern to join our growing team. As a Support Software Engineer - Intern, you will work closely with our software engineering, product and customer support teams to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our customers.You will be responsible for understanding customer issues, researching solutions, and developing strategies to prevent recurrence. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a passion for learning and developing software.To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and experience in software development, troubleshooting, and/or customer support. You must also demonstrate a commitment to customer service, have excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.If you have a knack for problem-solving and an enthusiasm for helping customers, we want to hear from you!
