As a Support Software Engineer - Intern, you will work closely with our software engineering, product and customer support teams to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our customers.You will be responsible for understanding customer issues, researching solutions, and developing strategies to prevent recurrence. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a passion for learning and developing software.To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and experience in software development, troubleshooting, and/or customer support.
