1. Manage and maintain stock-based compensation programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
2. Ensure timely and accurate processing of stock transactions, including grants, exercises, and cancellations.
3. Monitor and track stock ownership levels and provide regular reports to management.
4. Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock-based compensation expenses.
5. Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Assist with the preparation and filing of required regulatory reports, such as Form 4 and Form 10-K.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new stock-based compensation programs.
8. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding stock options, restricted stock units, and other equity-related matters.
9. Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
10. Develop and maintain stock administration policies, procedures, and guidelines.
11. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
12. Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for enhancements to our stock administration processes.
13. Act as a point of contact for external auditors and assist with any stock-related inquiries.
14. Train and mentor junior team members on stock administration processes and procedures.
15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
