
Stock Administration Analyst

- Manage and maintain stock-based compensation programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of stock transactions, including grants, exercises, and cancellations.
- Monitor and track stock ownership levels and provide regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock-based compensation expenses.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of required regulatory reports, such as Form 4 and Form 10-K.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new stock-based compensation programs.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding stock options, restricted stock units, and other equity-related matters.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain stock administration policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for enhancements to our stock administration processes.
- Act as a point of contact for external auditors and assist with any stock-related inquiries.
- Train and mentor junior team members on stock administration processes and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Stock Administration, Equity Compensation, Or A Similar Role.
Strong Understanding Of Equity Compensation Plans, Stock Options, And Rsus.
Experience With Stock Administration Software, Such As E*Trade, Shareworks, Or Solium.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Handle Complex Data And Financial Calculations.
